They Wobble, but They Don't Fall Down

As a person tours the city, he or she might notice that there are actually different breeds or species of Yield to Pedestrian signs. These triangular types are more mobile. I suppose if someone hits it head on and drags it across the intersection it at least does not leave a nasty pothole behind where it is attached to the ground.
Sometimes they move this way or that way, wobble
a bit, spin aroudn, but miraculously don't fall down!
