Latest Yield Signs

Georgia Avenue and New Hampshire Avenue NW

This is a big, major intersection up by the Georgia Avenue/Petworth metro station. Traffic zips by through red lights frequently. Left turns are allowed only in one direction. People wander around the street walking across to the bus stops and metro.

There used to be a couple of other signs on the other two crosswalks, but they are gone now. The two that are left (as of July '06) are on the north side of the intersection on both avenues.
