Privacy Policy for The Unnamed Number Puzzle
Effective date:
Fortunada LLC (“Fortunada,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides The Unnamed Number Puzzle (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play the Game, use its account features, view leaderboards, and receive advertising.
The Game is intended for a general audience, including children. We do not ask players to enter a real name, email address, phone number, or other contact information to create a Game account.
Information We Process
Game Account and Authentication Information
When you use sign-in features, we process a Game account identifier and a generated username/display name. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, Apple or Google authenticates you and provides the information needed to verify that sign-in. We use that information only to authenticate your Game account, link an available sign-in method, and help protect the account from unauthorized access.
We do not display your Apple Account, Google Account, email address, or provider identifier to other players. The Game stores secure session credentials on your device using platform-provided secure storage, such as Apple Keychain or Android Keystore, so that the Game can restore your signed-in state.
If you submit an external account-deletion request, we process the Game username/display name and email address you provide solely to verify, process, and confirm that request.
Game Progress and Leaderboard Information
We process game progress, game settings, puzzle statistics, scores, and related gameplay records to operate the Game, restore progress after a reinstall or on another device, and provide leaderboards.
If you participate in a leaderboard, your generated display name, leaderboard score or statistic, and rank may be visible to other players. Do not attempt to use your real name, email address, or other personal information in any name that may be displayed publicly.
Technical and Security Information
Our game-service provider may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as network request information, IP address, device/app version, timestamps, and error information. We use this information for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation. We do not use it to build player profiles for advertising.
Advertising Information
The Game displays contextual, non-personalized advertising through Google AdMob. We do not use interest-based advertising or remarketing in the Game.
To provide, measure, limit fraud in, and improve ads, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP-address-derived general location, device and operating-system information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Advertising partners process this information under their own privacy policies. We configure ads for age-appropriate, non-personalized treatment and do not intentionally provide account, progress, score, or leaderboard information to AdMob for advertising.
Where required by applicable law, we provide an advertising/privacy choice and honor the resulting choice. You may also manage relevant advertising preferences through your device and Google Account settings.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- provide the Game, saved progress, account sign-in, and cross-device play;
- create and operate public leaderboards;
- secure the Game and prevent abuse or fraud;
- troubleshoot and improve reliability;
- display and measure contextual, non-personalized advertising; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
How Information Is Shared
We share information only as needed to provide the Game:
- Game-service providers: to host Game accounts, saved data, and leaderboards.
- Apple and Google: when you choose their sign-in methods or use their platform services.
- Google AdMob and advertising partners: to serve, measure, and protect contextual, non-personalized advertising.
- Legal and safety recipients: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, protect players, or prevent fraud and security incidents.
We do not sell Game account or gameplay information. We do not share account, progress, or leaderboard data for interest-based advertising or remarketing.
Data Retention
We retain account, progress, and leaderboard information while an account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Game, resolve support or security issues, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our rights. We retain limited records where necessary to prevent fraud or meet legal requirements after an account-deletion request.
Advertising partners may retain information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Game account from within the Game. Deleting an account removes the associated Game account and its Game data, subject to the limited retention described above.
You may also submit an account-deletion request through our account-deletion page. We may ask for information necessary to verify that you control the account before completing a request.
Children and Families
The Game is a general-audience game and may be used by children. We do not ask players to submit real-world contact information or use interest-based advertising. We configure advertising for child-safe treatment where required, including for users whose age is unknown.
Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information outside the practices described in this policy may contact us at themathfix@gmail.com. We will review and address the request as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No Internet or electronic-storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
Our service providers, including Apple, Google, advertising partners, and game hosting providers, may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, correction of, or information about the processing of your personal information. You may also have choices regarding advertising consent. To make a privacy request, contact us at themathfix@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on Fortunada.com and update its effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the Game or by other appropriate means when required.
