I cannot find a navigation item
Swipe the app's top navigation bar horizontally. On iPhone, Settings and About may begin beyond the right edge.
A list will not scroll when I drag
Begin the gesture inside the list itself. On the Room Layout canvas, begin from empty space; touching a table or chair moves that item instead.
How do I select several tables?
Open Selection, enable Select multiple, and tap each table. iOS does not use the desktop Shift-click shortcut.
A student is missing from generated groups
Open Attendance and verify that Present is enabled. Attendance is temporary. If the student is missing from the class roster, add or import the name from Classes.
Why does the result say "Check constraints"?
The complete collection of Avoid rules could not produce valid groups. Super Picker relaxed the minimum necessary exclusion and generated a complete result for review.
Why are there Overflow tables?
The selected room has fewer seats than the generated groups require. Existing chairs fill first, then independent Overflow tables appear to the right.
I exported a file but cannot find it
Repeat the export and note the location selected in Files. Choose a recognizable folder and filename. Super Picker cannot force third-party Files providers to remain available offline.
Will deleting the app delete my classes?
It can. iOS normally removes an app's local container when the app is deleted.
Create a .superpicker backup first and save it to a safe location.
What should I include in a support report?
- The version shown in About.
- iPhone or iPad model and iOS/iPadOS version.
- The screen and touch action immediately before the problem.
- Whether it repeats after reopening the app.
- A screenshot with fictional or obscured student information.
